The Advent WIN Intern Program
A limited number of “Hands-On” Intern positions are expected to be available as follows:
- Continually available in the Cape Cod or South Eastern Massachusetts area
- In the Fall/Winter of 2011 additional positions are expected to be available in the Las Vegas/Henderson Nevada area
- During the 2011 – 2012 Winter, additional positions may be available in the Southern Florida (Miami Beach) area
- In the Spring positions may be available on the road during our cross country tour.
- During the Summer of 2012, additional positions should be available in Los Angeles & Southern California.
While on tour to different locations around the country we may need additional volunteer staff. To volunteer contact the Intern Coordinator.
Advent WIN, Inc. (AdventWIN) has created an innovative internship program unlike any other in the industry. This program is designed to help people learn the business by being “in the business” doing what it takes to succeed as a Real Estate Investor. In turn, AdventWIN gets the benefit of the skills and experiences of its Interns.
We are hiring Interns to help us with the unprecedented business growth we are experiencing. Positions are available in many areas of activity. We are offering an opportunity to put your learned knowledge and skills from your life experiences in other fields and/or the Real Estate field to the test while learning more about Real Estate investing, internet marketing, business systems, and much more. You will actually be performing and learning the tasks involved for success.

- Licensed salespersons and brokers: If you want to learn brokerage first hand by handling Alan’s listings & sales there are openings for you to learn how
- If you want to learn the real estate investment business by doing the “background” work for Alan’s deals, you will get first hand experience!
- If you want to be “on the inside” of the workings during the explosive growth of our company, you will see, hear, and feel how it’s done. As we grow, we’ll be looking for good people to fill permanent paid positions.

- Only 10-20 hours per week.
- Training on related job topics:
- You are considered a “Student in training”
- On the job office/training
- On the job field training
- Develop new job skills.
- Gain valuable work experience.
- Build credit points redeemable for acquiring our products, such as professional real estate seminars & courses, and related material.
- Earn 10 Intern Credits for every hour of your time.
- Certain specific tasks earn a fixed number of credits. If you complete the tasks in shorter time you will receive the full credits.
- Add another (or several) items to your resume’. (Note: Former interns are NOT allowed to use their association with Alan Kosinski, AdventWIN, Inc., or their associates on their future resume’s)
- Possibility of becoming permanent paid staff.
- Opportunity to sell products with in a great commission structure.
- A letter of recommendation when internship is completed (if you’ve earned it!)
